About Dwarka Court Complex
The District Courts Complex, Dwarka was inaugurated on 06.09.2008 by the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, Sh. K.G. Balakrishanan. The Courts at Dwarka Court Complex have been functioning since 08.09.2008. The District Courts Complex has four seven storied blocks, which are interconnected.The Dwarka Courts Complex not only houses the Courts of civil and criminal jurisdiction of the South West District, IGI Domestic Airport, but also Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal and the Family Courts (HQs).
Filing of Urgent and Non-Urgent Civil and Criminal Cases
- Urgent Civil Cases/Misc. Applications are to be filed online through e-portal at https://efiling-dl.ecourts.gov.in
- All the Bail Applications/Misc. Urgent Applications for the Establishment of the Sessions Courts shall be filed through e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
- All the Bail Applications/Misc. Urgent Applications for the Establishment of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate shall be filed through e-mail at email@example.com

Important: Case Number Record (CNR) is a unique Identity Number of each case, which remains constant. All the Advocates, Litigants and stakeholders are requested to ascertain the CNR of their respective cases from the concerned Courts and to refer the same for all future references.
